Patrick Mohr is an eccentric designer who'd premiered his first show at the Berlin's Mercedes Benz Fashion Show on July 9th. The concept of his collection-- "Is the rhomboid ragpicker homeless?". If you think the title is interesting, you are definitely going to think the show is of the same caliber. His models had rhombus-shaped bald heads, whiskers for beards, and the exposure of breasts.
What's interesting about Patrick is that he has totally blurred the lines between fashion and art, between conventional and unconventional, between streetwear and avant garde, and between women's and men's fashion.
Look, I am all about wearing clothing that's not pristine or polished. But, looking like a hobo is not desired nor fashionably chic. But, I do like the fact that he took the risk to show a collection that taunts the idea of real fashion. Patrick keep doing what you are doing!
